Products, colours and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, descriptions and prices accurately. Product availability can change without notice.
Orders and payments
An order request is subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices and applicable charges are shown at the time of purchase. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, if order information needs clarification, or if a material pricing or listing error is identified.
Shipping and delivery
We offer shipping across India. Delivery timelines can vary by destination, courier conditions, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will use the delivery information provided with the order and may contact you when necessary.
Returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges are subject to the return conditions communicated by Janta Sarees for the relevant order. Customers should keep the product, packaging and order information intact until they are satisfied with the purchase. For a specific return request, please contact us promptly using the details below.
